So many people focus on what they cant eat and what they cant do. I'm trying something different. I say I can eat anything I want and stay looking great. I say I have a flat stomach and I'm skinny. I noticed I had no cravings after 6pm the first 3 days.After 5 days I got sick and skinny. Thank you I said. Now lets try staying in great shape with no harm to the body. I continue to tell myself "I love myself and my perfect body" all the time. If I eat something wrong I dont care.
