Julie is such a GIFT!
I took her breath-work class a few days ago. You can tell when someone is passionate about what they do because they are REALLY good at it. She makes you feel comfortable and confident. She gently guides you through the process, clearly explaining each step and what you may experience, without interrupting the process. Her energy is stunning. I will be taking more classes with Julie again. She's an absolute PRO!

I was exhausted and my adrenals were depleted after I went thru S4 CAN. I was not getting any stronger nor did I have any energy, basically bed ridden in pain and feeling pathetic myself. Julie started to work with me about a month ago and I have had much more energy and my pain has subsided so much! Julie is not only really good at giving deep tissue massage which I love, but she is also a deeply intuitive and caring person... I definitely experienced this in my first session with her. I had decided to get a massage with energy healing for my birthday and I am very grateful I found her. My muscles were very happy & relaxed from the deep tissue massage & she helped me release some deep emotional pain & helped me realize some big ways I need to be treating myself better...and she gave me some beautiful bits of wisdom to help remind me as I move forward... I just had a fabulous session Julie, her technique and experience was on display throughout the massage. Her work on my gluteus, hamstring and calves were flawless as she was able to subdue the soreness in those areas. With the detailed work I would have been able to have the energy to go mountain biking. In all, I would recommend Julie and the 90 min session is what you should schedule for.

I had a great experience with Julie! I kind of needed a last minute massage and she was very quick to get back to me with times she was available to fit me in. I felt immediately comfortable with Julie and her massage was thoroughly relaxing even while working on stubborn knots in my shoulder. So this is a very simple non invasive and effective way to get rid of pain. However what was surprising is that it also helps you identify things in your life that are psychologically manifesting in your body as pain. Issues with family and work.
